About the Program

Raise the roof or build a new addition and Niles will waive up to $5,000 in permit fees.

• It’s easy to apply: You need proof of ownership, an inspection report, proper zoning and the application form.*
• Space is limited: Offer only available to 20 qualified applicants per year.
