Niles 2040 Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing

The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the Niles 2040 Comprehensive Plan at their meeting on May 1, 2023 and continued the Public Hearing until the June 5, 2023 Planning and Zoning Board meeting. The DRAFT version of the Plan that was presented to the Planning and Zoning Board is available here! It is anticipated that the Planning and Zoning Board’s recommendation will be forwarded to the Village Board at its meeting on June 27, 2023.
