Trip Cancellation Policy- Fees for day trips are non-refundable within 10 working days of the trip if a replacement cannot be found. Please call and speak with a staff person and let them know you cannot attend the trip. We will do our best to find a replacement for you on the trip. If we are successful, you will be given a credit on your account or issued a refund check.
Fees for overnight trips are non refundable 30 days before the trip unless a replacement can be found.
