[ARCHIVED] Village Renews Tree City USA Recognition

Local and state staff present the award of Tree City USA

The Village of Niles is proud to announce that it has received its third extension of its status of Tree City USA.  The renewal of this title reflects the Village's ongoing commitment to green initiatives and beautiful neighborhoods.  The tree-lined streets of Niles are a valuable asset that makes the Village a desirable place to live and boosts property values.  Also, the health and environmental benefits of a thriving urban forest are numerous.
