[ARCHIVED] Early Voting Information

The Gubernatorial Primary Election is on Tuesday, March 20. Residents have more options than ever to cast their vote ahead of time and beat the crowds.

You may vote early, in person at Niles Village Hall, on the following dates:

March 5 through March 9 - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
March 12 through March 16 - 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

March 19 - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

March 10 and March 17 - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

March 11 and March 18 - 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Any suburban Cook County voter may vote at any suburban Cook County Early Voting Site. Government-issued photo ID is not required but is helpful if there is a question about the voter’s registration, address or signature and speeds up the process.

You can Register to Vote at ALL Early Voting sites. Any voter who needs to register for the first time or file an address change must present two forms of ID, one of which shows the voter’s current address.

Vote by Mail: Any registered suburban Cook County voter may request a mail ballot application. Apply online at or contact the Village Clerk’s office. Completed forms must be returned to the Cook County Clerk’s office by March 15, 2018.

Anyone voting on Election Day must vote at his or her assigned polling place. Hours are 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Please note that Niles Village Hall is not an Election Day polling place.
