[ARCHIVED] Tax Volunteers Needed

AARP Tax-Aide is administered by the AARP Foundation in cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service.  It is the nation’s largest free volunteer-run tax counseling and preparation service offered to taxpayers with middle and low income, with a focus on individuals over the age of 50.

Good with the fine print?  Be a volunteer tax preparer.
You’ll work with taxpayers directly; filling out tax forms and helping them seek a refund.  Free training is provided in January, experience isn’t necessary.

To volunteer for the program, please go to www.vniles.com to fill out a Senior Center Volunteer Application.  If you are interested in learning more about these volunteer opportunities, please call Jaymi at 847-588-8420.
