Your trainer will lead you through cardio & strength drills to maximize energy output for high calorie burn in a short amount of time. *These trainings are limited to 3-5 participants, and must pre-register. Class cards not allowed.

Thursdays    9/12-10/10     8:40-9:30 AM 

Sundays       9/15-10/13     7:15-8:05 AM
