Adult Beginner Ballet FREE TRIAL

Jan. 7th   Tuesday 7:45-8:45 pm


Class includes a cardio warm up, floor barre, standing barre, and center work, all with strengthening and stretching to condition the body for basic ballet.

 Learn how to use your muscles in a way to improve posture, lengthen the limbs, and increase agility through this classic art form. 

Ballet attire is welcome, but not necessary
