June 5th 8:45AM-9:40AM 


Spin & Strength (Julie)

Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:25PM  5/31-6/21

35-40 minute Spin followed by 10-15 minutes Strength training off the bike

 

Cycle & Pump (Julie)

Fridays 11:30AM-12:20PM 

50 Minute Spin class infused with light resistance training 


 

Spin & Stretch (Julie)

Saturdays 8:30AM-9:20AM  5/28-6/18

40 minute Spin followed by 10 minutes of Stretching
