SPEED, AGILITY, AND CORE STRENGTHENING
For 5th-9th grade athletes. This program will focus on core strengthening form, running, and plyometics to develop fast twitch muscle fiber. The goal is to improve core strength, balance and overall atheleticicsm.
Coach Info: Beau Desherow a former Division 1 athlete has been coaching for over 16 years at the college, high school, and grade school level. He is currently a varsity football coach and a Certified Personal Trainer.
